We come out to the house, walk the space with you and give you a number. It costs nothing and you are not signing anything to get one.
A couple of sittings where we design the room together and settle the layout, the finishes and the fixtures, so you can see it before it is built.
We pull the permits with whichever city or county the house sits in, book the trades and give you a start date you can plan around.
Demolition, rough-in, then finish. We keep the dust where it belongs, leave the site clean at the end of the day and tell you before anything changes.
We walk the finished job with you, write down anything that needs another pass, and come back and put it right.
We are based in Littleton and most of what we do is within about half an hour of it, across four Front Range counties. If you are on the edge of that, call and ask rather than assuming.
