Nothing. We come out to the house, look at the space with you and give you a number in person. There is no charge for it and no obligation at the end of it.
No. Designing it is part of what we do. We meet you first and, over a couple of sessions, draw the room and work through the possibilities with you, so you can see what you are getting before anybody starts pulling things off the wall.
Yes. We pull the permits with whichever city or county the house sits in, and we deal with the inspections. You are not the one sitting in a queue at the building department.
Yes. Estimates, drawings and the day-to-day questions all work the same in English or Spanish, whichever is easier for you and your family.
Yes, and it is a whole side of the business rather than an afterthought. We take out what needs to come out, haul it away and drop a roll-off dumpster on the driveway in three sizes with the prices published. See the site work page
